Our History. In 2014, Moritz Arp relocated to Puerto Viejo with a vision: to bridge the gap between European construction standards and the vibrant Costa Rican real estate market. What began as a personal mission to create quality housing has evolved into ARP Real Estate & Development, a firm dedicated to transparency, technical precision, and reliable project delivery.
